Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive, located in Yogyakarta. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing market plans, conducting market research, and effectively communicating marketing strategies. They will also engage in sales activities and overall marketing efforts to ensure the successful promotion of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Marketing plan across offline & online marketing tailored to FMCG markets
- Plan, schedule, and execute marketing plan; manage end-to-end project
- Create, manage, and optimize project on online or offline marketing, with a strong focus on achieving the objective.
- Track project performance, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to align marketing plan.
- Stay updated on market trends, store updates, and best practices in offline and online marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, campaign planning, and performance reporting.
- Strong organizational and practical expertise at project management skills, with the ability to run multiple project.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
Qualification
- 13 years of experience in marketing, sales, or brand management (entrymid level).
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and branding.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about branding and customer engagement.
- Experience in events, activations, or community building.
