What you&aposll do:

The Marketing Director leads the strategic marketing agenda for automotive distribution business in Indonesia. This role is accountable for strengthening brand equity, driving customer engagement, and accelerating sales performance through integrated marketing strategies. Responsible for both strategy and execution, the role covers brand management, digital marketing, retail activation, and customer experience, while partnering with multiple partners and internal stakeholders to deliver business impact.

About you:

• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Brand Management.
• Proficient in English.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in strategic marketing planning, brand positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
