Genius Group is looking for a Bali based Digital Marketing Specialist who is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products/services. Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in high-growth environments.
- Global marketing experience demonstrated ability to run campaigns across multiple geographies, tailoring strategies to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrable success scaling marketing operations to drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth across products, platforms, or services.
- AI expertise strong curiosity, engagement, and demonstrable experience using AI tools, platforms, and strategies in marketing, lead generation, and automation.
- Leadership experience ability to set up, scale, and manage a small marketing team and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations.
- Proven expertise in growth marketing funnels from top-of-funnel awareness through to conversion, onboarding, and retention.
- Hands-on technical skills in performance marketing (SEO/SEM), analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, attribution modeling), and marketing automation (HubSpot, ConvertKit, or similar).
- Proven results in lead generation at scale, with clear KPIs and case studies to demonstrate pipeline growth and ROI.
- Track record in brand building ability to combine performance-driven strategies with creative brand storytelling to drive awareness and credibility.
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to set targets, report weekly on KPIs, and consistently optimize campaigns for ROI.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
- SEO/SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword research, manage bid strategies, and optimize website and ad copy for search engines.
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies, manage social media accounts, and create engaging posts.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Website Management: Work with web development teams to ensure website functionality, user experience, and SEO best practices are met.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
