What Youll Be Doing

Conducting online research and generating fresh marketing data.

Building and maintaining outreach & prospecting lists.

Managing and cleaning data sets for campaigns.

Using Excel and online software to organize, track, and present results.

Supporting marketing activities across email, social, and outreach channels.

Learning to work with online tools, CRMs, and basic programming where needed.

Skills Were Looking For

Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).

Ability to do accurate online searches and synthesize information.

Super-efficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning).

Comfortable learning new online software and digital tools.

Bonus: Any exposure to coding, automation, or marketing platforms.

Compensation

Base Salary: Rp 4,500,000

Bonus: Rp 400,000 per sale (target of 10 per month)
