At PT Adore Rempah Indonesia, we bring exceptional Indonesian cacao and vanilla from our farmers directly to the world's finest pastry kitchens. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and energetic Marketing Associate to help execute marketing campaigns, partnerships, and events that strengthen our brand both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns and brand activations from planning through completion.
- Coordinate and manage collaborations with chefs, hotels, cafés, restaurants, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Ensure all collaboration activities are delivered smoothly, on time, and according to agreed objectives.
- Organize and support exhibitions, workshops, product launches, customer visits, and other offline marketing events.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Production, Design, and R&D) to ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with the creative team to prepare marketing materials and campaign assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-event and collaboration reports.
- Support digital marketing initiatives by coordinating content, promotional activities, and online campaigns across social media and other digital platforms.
- Handle day-to-day marketing administration and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Event Management, or Partnership Marketing.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to travel for events, customer visits, and marketing activities when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience organizing events, exhibitions, or brand activations.
- Experience working with hospitality, F&B, or premium consumer brands.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
