Manufacturing Process Engineer

Essential Functions:

• Improve product yield and FTY rates.
• Monitor production processes and address anomalies.
• Manage risks in new product introductions.
• Resolve customer complaints and support audits.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in process engineering in automotive manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma, DOE, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
