We are currently opening an opportunity for the position of Manager, Sales to join our team

What we need:

The Manager Sales is responsible for developing and managing strategic channel partners and business alliances to drive cloud business growth. This role focuses on building a strong partner ecosystem, identifying new partnership opportunities, and enabling partners to effectively promote and sell Indonet's cloud solutions. The position will work closely with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel and partnership strategies to support cloud business growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, resellers, system integrators, and technology partners.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize business opportunities.
  • Establish partner engagement programs, joint business plans, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to drive partner-generated pipeline and revenue.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular business reviews.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and strategic collaborations.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging partnership opportunities and industry trends.
  • Coordinate partner enablement activities, including training, certifications, and product updates.
  • Ensure achievement of channel sales targets and partnership KPIs.

The successful candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, business development, or alliance management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing solutions, managed services, data center, or IT infrastructure business.
  • Experience working with cloud providers and technology partners is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in building and managing partner ecosystems.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to drive revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
