Sales Manager – Data Center Solutions (Indonesia)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (On-site)

Role Summary

We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive market development and client engagement for data center solutions in Indonesia. This role will focus on business expansion, strategic partnerships, and aligning with regional sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead local market development and expand client relationships
  • Understand customer needs and coordinate with global teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Gather market intelligence and monitor competitive landscape
  • Align with regional and global sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Working as an Individual Contributor while maintain strong communication with APAC sales leadership

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in data center, IT infrastructure, or related B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of the local data center market in Indonesia
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Professional) and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Strong self-motivation with the ability to work in cross-cultural environments
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Only open for Indonesian since do not provide for Visa and Work Permit
