Were Hiring! Manager, IP Licensing Sales

Were looking for a driven and dynamic licensing sales professional to join our team and help take our IP licensing business to the next level.

As the Manager, Licensing Sales, youll work closely with the team to plan, strategize, and execute licensing sales initiatives turning leads into long-term partnerships and delivering consistent revenue growth. Youll not only be closing deals but also building strong, lasting client relationships across exciting categories like Toys, Fashion, Home & Lifestyle, and FMCG.

What Youll Do

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective sales planning and execution
  • Identify, pitch, and close new licensing opportunities
  • Develop strong client relationships and ensure top-tier servicing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field OR equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years experience in business development, sales, and brand management within related categories
  • Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tools
  • A personable, client-focused approach with great diplomacy skills
