This is a contract, on-site role for a Management Trainee based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Management Trainee will gain hands-on experience through diverse day-to-day responsibilities, such as assisting with operational and project management tasks, supporting team leaders in achieving business objectives, and participating in training and development sessions to enhance leadership skills. The role will also involve problem-solving, contributing ideas for business improvements, and managing communication and coordination across teams.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in collaboration
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
• Proficiency in using digital tools and software relevant to operations and communication
• Keen organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience in education or language learning services is a plus
• Fluency in English and/or other languages taught by OTCA is advantageous
