Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Management Trainee role based in the Jakarta. The Management Trainee will learn and work across various business functions to acquire essential skills, knowledge, and competencies in business and financial management. Responsibilities include participating in training programs, assisting in project executions, and collaborating with different departments to understand operational workflows, while contributing to the company's growth. Structured mentorship and regular evaluations will guide the trainee in their development for potential leadership roles.

• Strong organizational and management skills for effectively handling multiple tasks and projects
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills to work efficiently in team settings
• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to thrive in a fast-paced business environment
• Familiarity with business strategy, financial analysis, and project management is an advantage
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the business and financial industry
• Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus
