Job Description
Department Rotation: Rotating through various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance) to understand end-to-end business operations.
Assisting Managers: Helping managers with daily operational tasks and decision-making.
Project Management: Planning, implementing, and evaluating specific projects within set deadlines.
Data Analysis: Collecting, interpreting, and reporting on operational data to identify trends and improve performance.
Training & Mentoring: Actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and receiving mentorship from senior leadership.
Goal Tracking: Meeting specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) assigned during the training period to evaluate readiness for promotion.
