Job Overview
As a Logistic Analyst at SKINTIFIC, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring efficient end to end logistics execution for personal care cosmetic products in the retail industry. This role requires strong operational control, attention to detail, and hands on involvement in daily warehouse activities to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Monitoring (Main Focus)
- Closely monitor daily warehouse activities including inbound, storage, and outbound processes.
- Ensure accurate stock handling, picking, packing, and dispatching aligned with SOP.
- Supervise warehouse staff performance and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Ensure proper layout management to optimize space utilization and workflow.
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure real time inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock opname and cycle counts.
- Coordinate replenishment to prevent stock discrepancies, overstock, or stockouts.
Shipping & Distribution
- Manage and monitor outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, transporters, and freight forwarders.
- Ensure cost-effective distribution planning and execution.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all warehouse and shipping documentation is accurate and well-maintained.
- Monitor compliance with local regulations and company SOPs.
Vendor & 3PL Coordination
- Work closely with third-party logistics (3PL), suppliers, and vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and service level agreements (SLA).
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations / logistics execution, preferably in FMCG, retail, or beauty industry.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Good leadership and team coordination ability.
- Ready for business trips across Indonesia if required.
- Be able to WFO 100% Monday - Friday at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
