General Qualification
Competency
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in maintenance supervision, project management, and machinery installation/commissioning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies, autonomous maintenance practices, spare part inventory control, lean manufacturing principles, and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
Experience with greenfield and brownfield projects, including equipment procurement, installation, and startup.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
