  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime, optimize equipment performance, and extend machinery lifespan.
  • Autonomous Maintenance: Implement autonomous maintenance practices to empower operators and maintenance technicians in routine equipment care and minor repairs.
  • Spare Part Inventory Control: Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels, timely procurement, and cost-effective inventory management strategies.
  • Lean Manufacturing: Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Project Management: Lead greenfield and brownfield projects, including new equipment installation, facility upgrades, and process improvements. Coordinate project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Machinery Installation and Commissioning: Oversee machinery installation, commissioning, and startup activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and project timelines.
  • CAD and Technical Drawing: Utilize CAD software and technical drawings to support project planning, equipment layout, and maintenance activities.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and support to maintenance technicians and project teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations in all maintenance and project-related activities.

General Qualification

Competency

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance supervision, project management, and machinery installation/commissioning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies, autonomous maintenance practices, spare part inventory control, lean manufacturing principles, and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
  • Experience with greenfield and brownfield projects, including equipment procurement, installation, and startup.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Minimum Requirement

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering

Experience

  • >3 years in FMCG industry (in automation plant)
