Job Description

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
Develop detailed construction plans, schedules, and budgets
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to ensure optimal construction strategies
Manage the construction of new backbone infrastructure, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and standards
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and services
Monitor construction progress, addressing challenges and adjusting plans as necessary
Lead and oversee on-site construction teams, ensuring alignment with project goals
Assign responsibilities to team members and ensure effective communication and coordination among all parties
Promote a culture of safety, enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues to minimize delays
Document and address construction challenges, including unforeseen site conditions or design adjustments
Identify risks but also solve problems that may arise during project execution
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams
Oversee project quality compliance with industry standards and regulations
Optimize the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
Ensure adherence to industry standards, legal regulations, and environmental guidelines throughout the construction process
Conduct inspections and quality control checks to verify that work meets project specifications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Telecommunication
5+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Project scheduling Project Management Knowledge General Knowledge about construction (Civil or Telecommunication)
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of backbone infrastructure systems
Willing to Work in Karawaci, Tangerang
