Key Responsibilities
- Internal Flows
- Support design, implementation, and improvement of material flows in warehouses, receiving/shipping, or production areas.
- Analyze and optimize flow processes, tools, equipment, and packaging.
- Provide technical support for layouts, new projects, and value stream analysis.
- Troubleshoot issues to maintain production continuity.
- Contribute to quality and Valeo Production System (VPS) compliance.
- External Flows & Transportation
- Analyze and improve transportation, inventory, and scheduling processes.
- Implement visual reorder or pull flow systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customs/import/export regulations.
- Support cost and budget management; participate in carrier negotiations.
- Crisis Management
- Communicate effectively with carriers and internal teams during issues.
- Maintain backup plans for carrier accounts and ensure coverage during absences.
Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in logistics, supply chain, or industrial/technical field.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or production flow operations is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Material flow analysis, value stream mapping, process design
- Knowledge of logistics systems and transportation management
- Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and crisis management
- Communication, coordination, and time management
- Understanding of quality, safety, and VPS standards
