What will you do:

Lead the deployment of Schneider Performance System (SPS) across multiple sites, domains, and technologies, ensuring operational excellence
Spearhead manufacturing research and development initiatives to optimize production costs and enhance quality standards
Develop and implement innovative manufacturing procedures while conducting technical feasibility assessments
Evaluate and design production processes, focusing on efficiency improvements and cost reduction
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to establish product specifications and quality standards
