Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Internal Flows
Support design, implementation, and improvement of material flows in warehouses, receiving/shipping, or production areas.
Analyze and optimize flow processes, tools, equipment, and packaging.
Provide technical support for layouts, new projects, and value stream analysis.
Troubleshoot issues to maintain production continuity.
Contribute to quality and Valeo Production System (VPS) compliance.
External Flows & Transportation
Analyze and improve transportation, inventory, and scheduling processes.
Implement visual reorder or pull flow systems.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customs/import/export regulations.
Support cost and budget management; participate in carrier negotiations.
Crisis Management
Communicate effectively with carriers and internal teams during issues.
Maintain backup plans for carrier accounts and ensure coverage during absences.

Education & Qualifications

High school diploma or vocational certificate in logistics, supply chain, or industrial/technical field.
Experience in logistics, warehouse, or production flow operations is a plus.
