Job Description

Responsibilities

Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates on live shopping performance and activities
Plan, schedule, coordinate with the host live streamer to execute live streaming sessions on TikTok & Shopee
Develop engaging live concepts in collaboration with the Live Shopping & Creative teams
Monitor live performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
Handle technical setup and troubleshoot issues during live sessions

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in live streaming or content creation (TikTok & Shopee)
Experience in a livestream agency is a plus
Familiar with live streaming tools and able to troubleshoot technical issues
Strong in data analytics and comfortable analyzing performance metrics
Available to work Monday–Friday, 16:00 – 22:00 & 10:00 - 17:00 in Gading Serpong & BSD
