Responsibilities
- Mapping Seller Information
- Collect, organize, and update seller profiles including store details, product categories, sales performance, and livestream activity.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in seller engagement or platform presence
- Evaluating Livestreaming Quality
- Review livestream sessions from top-performing sellers/brands to assess content quality, engagement, and effectiveness.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports highlighting key findings, best practices, and areas for improvement.
- Administration & Follow-up Tasks
- Support category strategy team member in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Manage communication records and maintain structured documentation for easy reference.
- Monitoring Daily Performance Data & BAU (Business-As-Usual) Tasks
- Track daily KPIs (e.g., GMV, livestream engagement, order volume, seller adoption rate).
- Generate routine reports and dashboards to support business monitoring
- Execute other BAU activities such as data entry, updating trackers, and ensuring smooth operational flow
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates should have basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Quick thinking and ability to respond quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess strong communication skills
- Applicants should be pursuing a degree in Statistics, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Candidates must be able to commit to an internship period of at least five months.
