Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Life Insurance Agent. Responsibilities include providing customized life insurance solutions, identifying customer needs, and offering appropriate plans that align with their financial goals. The role involves building long-term client relationships, conducting insurance assessments, advising on financial protection strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction in services provided. The Life Insurance Agent will also collaborate with team members to achieve team and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
- Knowledge of Finance and Insurance industry fundamentals
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess client needs and develop tailored financial solutions
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English is an advantage
- Relevant certifications in insurance or finance will be considered a plus
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to ethical standards
