Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Life Planner Insurance Agent role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Life Planner Insurance Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to assess their insurance and financial needs. This role involves providing tailored insurance and financial protection solutions, generating sales, and working collaboratively with clients to meet their long-term financial goals. The Agent must stay informed about AIA's range of life and health insurance products to provide expert recommendations and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Insurance and General Insurance.
- Proven ability in Sales and Marketing, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and the capacity to provide tailored solutions for diverse client needs.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is highly desirable.
