Lending Product Manager

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk, formerly PT Bank Yudha Bhakti Tbk, is an Indonesia-based company primarily engaged in the banking business. The Company operates as a technology-based bank. The Company serves customers in the Small and Medium Business (SME), Retail (Consumer), and Mass Market segments, through banking products and services embedded in an ecosystem by optimizing technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Product Strategy & Roadmap: Set the vision and plan for lending products to align with business goals and customer needs.

- Lead Product Development & Launch: Manage product creation from concept to launch, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.

- Optimize User Journey & Improve Conversion: Enhance loan application flows to boost conversion and user satisfaction.

- Manage Internal & External Stakeholders: Coordinate with teams and partners to ensure seamless product execution.

- Ensure Data-Driven Decisions: Use key metrics and analytics to guide product improvements and identify growth areas.

- Monitor Regulatory Compliance & Manage Risks: Ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risks with internal controls.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.

- more than 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on financial products (preferably lending).

- Strong understanding of lending products, and financial regulations.

- Proven track record of managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, with successful outcomes.

- Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with proficiency in data tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Mixpanel.

- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing internal and external stakeholders.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Figma, and other tools).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Understanding of customer acquisition and conversion strategies for lending products.

- Knowledge of UI/UX principles to optimize customer journeys.

- Familiarity with digital banking trends and financial technology.
