We're looking for a
Product Manager with a strong backbone in
lending products and
backend systems to help drive our product vision from concept to execution. You'll play a critical role in shaping both the
customer journey and the
internal systems that power it across onboarding, decisioning, approval, and post-loan servicing.

Job Descriptions
Product Strategy & Vision
- Shape product vision with end-to-end user journeys and backend flows in mind
- Identify market opportunities by balancing user needs with tech feasibility
- Align product direction with engineering, risk, operations, and compliance
Market Research & Insights
- Dive deep into customer behavior, competitor moves, and regulatory landscapes
- Surface insights to improve backend processes and uncover product opportunities
Product Development
- Write clear product requirements capturing both UX and internal system logic
- Map full user journeys and backend behaviors (state transitions, validations, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with engineering, risk, data, and compliance to ensure the product is both delightful and robust
- Own features end-to-end: from documentation to UAT to post-launch tracking
Job Requirements
- 25+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in financial services or fintech
- Strong track record of delivering at least 23 full product cycles
- Deep understanding of cash loan products, lending flows, and risk management
- Technically savvy: you can engage confidently with developers and system architects
- Data-driven mindset with sharp analytical skills
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
