Supervise the preparation and validation of Credit Approval Letters (SPPK) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Review and oversee the completeness, legality, and legal capacity of all parties in credit agreements and collateral binding.
Lead and ensure proper execution of credit binding, disbursement, collateral binding, and administration in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all legal documents, collateral ownership, and credit requirements are complete and valid prior to approval (WPF or equivalent).
Monitor and control the progress of legal documentation with Notary/PPAT and (BPN).
Provide guidance and supervision to Legal staff, ensuring adherence to SOP and risk mitigation standards.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties (Notary/PPAT, regulators) to ensure smooth legal processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Legal (banking industry preferred), with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role or handling end-to-end credit legal processes.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, especially civil law, credit, and collateral/security law.
Proven leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
