Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare, type, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence;

2. Manage the lawyer's appointments, and court schedules;

3. Handle client communications professionally;

4. Maintain and organize legal files and records;

5. Assist with court filings and document submissions;

6. Ensure strict confidentiality of all legal matters.

Requirements:

1. Have a Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from a local reputable university;

2. Have a minimum 1-3 years of professional experience working in a law firm preferred;

3. Knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and court procedures;

4. Strong typing, organizational, and time-management skills;

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

6. Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
