Job Description

Data Center Admin Support provide day-to-day administration in operating Customer data center.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop Weekly/monthly/Regular report to Customer Owner.
  • Prepare regular and Monthly Report for Customer
  • Maintenance & Corrective documentation
  • PR/PO administration and documents
  • Request and Manager ticketing and ERP System from Customer Apps and platform
  • Equipment moves in/out process
  • Prepare any event, audit, certification arrangement to support DC Operation.
  • Coordinate with Customer Stakeholders in relation with documentation, commercials, permitting, administration.
  • Document control for:
    • Preventive maintenance report
    • Corrective maintenance report
    • RCA Report.
    • Other compliance and customer documents.
Qualification :

  • Min. diploma degree, any major study.
  • Windows, Microsoft Office
  • 3 years of relevant work experience at data center operator
  • Experiences in support datacenter
  • Good communication skills, both written and presentation (fluent in English)
  • High adaptability and motivated self-starter
  • Ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment, attention to detail
  • Good in English written and medium verbal. Able to speak Mandarin
