Data Center Admin Support provide day-to-day administration in operating Customer data center.
Responsibilities :
- Develop Weekly/monthly/Regular report to Customer Owner.
- Prepare regular and Monthly Report for Customer
- Maintenance & Corrective documentation
- PR/PO administration and documents
- Request and Manager ticketing and ERP System from Customer Apps and platform
- Equipment moves in/out process
- Prepare any event, audit, certification arrangement to support DC Operation.
- Coordinate with Customer Stakeholders in relation with documentation, commercials, permitting, administration.
- Document control for:
- Preventive maintenance report
- Corrective maintenance report
- RCA Report.
- Other compliance and customer documents.
Qualification :
- Min. diploma degree, any major study.
- Windows, Microsoft Office
- 3 years of relevant work experience at data center operator
- Experiences in support datacenter
- Good communication skills, both written and presentation (fluent in English)
- High adaptability and motivated self-starter
- Ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment, attention to detail
- Good in English written and medium verbal. Able to speak Mandarin
