We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged and passionate Preventive Maintenance Assistant Manager, the successful person will be expected to responsible to coordinate the day-to-day activities of maintenance workers to ensure that Facilities, Utilities equipment, machinery, or instruments function reliably and safely and they are in good working order.
Responsibilities:
- Generate Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all Facilities and Utilities equipment, and building without disruption business performance
- Inspect completed work to check that repairs have been completed correctly and that machinery and equipment conform to specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor the condition of maintenance equipment, material, parts, and tools that are used by maintenance worker in their day-to-day activities
- Prioritize and assign tasks so that the team's resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
- Coach and mentor maintenance staff and assist them to diagnose more complex problems with machinery and or equipment problems
- Drive a continuous improvement culture. Make sure that accurately monitor and encourage behavior that recognizes the importance of safety, quality and excellence in all aspects of work
Ingredients you will need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor degree from Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic subject with minimum 3 - 5 year experience in medium to high volume manufacturing environment
- Preferable having experience in TPM
- Understand PLC Program
- Strong leadership skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Confidence and integrity
- Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in a FMCG environment
