V-Green Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented Head of Legal (Legal Manager) to support the legal and regulatory aspects of our EV charging station development across Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:Coordinate with vertical branches of the Legal Department to provide legal advice on professional and organizational activities of the Company and its affiliated entity (if any).Build, update and manage the system of decentralization, authorization, and assignment throughout the system for the company.Check and control compliance with internal regulations and legal provisions in the professional activities of units throughout the system.Consulting and legal review of economic, commercial and labor contracts to minimize risks for the Company.Supervise the implementation of periodic and irregular reports according to regulations of state agencies for issues falling within the functions and tasks of the Legal and Compliance Supervision Department.Take responsibility for organizing, managing, and supervising all company's legal activities.
Requirements:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a reputable Indonesian university; a lawyer's practicing certificate is an advantage.Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience, including at least 2 years in team leadership or corporate legal management.Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, with hands-on experience in EV charging stations (EVCS), land leasing, construction, and financial transactions.Proven experience in regulatory compliance related to infrastructure or energy projects, particularly in ESDM licensing.Practical knowledge of data privacy regulations; holding a Data Protection Officer (DPO) certification will be an advantage.Prior exposure to the electricity supply or EV charging industry is highly desirable.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
