Qualifications:

• Having combined working experience in Law firm at least 5 years and 5 years with FMCG
• Familiar with Indonesian law, especially corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead a team of legal professionals and manage complex projects efficiently
• Strong analytical skills to assess legal and Risk mitigation, as well as providing strategic advice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels and negotiate effectively.
• Proven negotiation skills for handling contracts and disputes.
• Ability to develop and implement legal strategies that align with the company&aposs goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop company&aposs legal strategy to ensure compliance with all regulation, laws and policies
• Provide direction and solution to legal decision in handling legal cases, contracts and other documentations
• Able to manage legal risks and have preventive strategic decisions
• Ensure all contracts adhere to applicable legal regulations
• Coordinate with several stakeholder internal or external to ensure compliance
• Manage and oversee legal cases related to the company
