Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Jakarta. As a Legal Manager at Adlink Sinemedia Indonesia, you will oversee all legal matters, including managing legal documents, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing legal consultation. You will collaborate with internal teams, handle regulatory affairs, and mitigate legal risks to support the company's operations. The role requires a keen understanding of the legal landscape and the ability to navigate complex legal processes.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Law and experience in Legal Consulting to provide sound advice and recommendations on legal matters.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Oversee and handle the registration of Copyrights and trademarks
• Oversee the establishment of legal entities when required
• Provide legal advice when needed to both the Board of Directors and internal departments
• Ensure that KBLI compliance and LKPM reporting through the OSS system are completed accurately and on time, in accordance with the company's operations
• Expertise in Legal Compliance and Legal Affairs to guide the company in adhering to local and international laws and managing legal risks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Coordinate with external consultants when necessary
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; a Master's degree or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in media or advertising industries is a plus.
