Legal Litigation Staff

Job Description :

• Assist in executing litigation strategies as directed by the superior.
• Coordinate with stakeholders in handling cases.
• Prepare, manage, and file all litigation documents.
• Collect and review supporting documents, including from internal audit.
• Maintain communication and relationships with law enforcement agencies.
• Organize meetings related to litigation matters.
• Handle insurance-related processes, including updating insured data, filing claims, coordinating with brokers, and supporting claim proposals.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelors degree in Law (S.H.).
• Fresh graduate or 12 years of experience in litigation/legal field.
• Knowledge of litigation process, corporate law, and insurance is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Already pass PKPA (preferred)
