Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a reputable law firm or as an in-house counsel.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely legal advice to management and relevant departments on various legal matters, including corporate law, contracts, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the company&aposs interests are protected.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
