Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, and correspondence related to licensing and permits, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government institutions, healthcare authorities, and regulatory bodies, acting as the key liaison for all licensing-related matters.
Provide legal support and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding licensing obligations and compliance requirements.
Assist in the preparation of legal reports, audits, and compliance documentation, supporting both internal governance and external regulatory inspections.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Law from a reputable university.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in legal, compliance, or licensingpreferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
Proven understanding of hospital licensing procedures, healthcare regulations, and administrative processes related to permits and legal compliance.
