Part B: Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing the regulatory matters of the Group, including communications with government and regulatory agencies and legal professionals.
- Oversee the regulatory framework of the Group.
- Collaborating and advising with the senior management team to devise mitigation strategies to meet regulatory risk.
- Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitorcompliance.
- Providing local law advice and counsel on cross-border and in country regulatory issues.
- Working with business units to help develop and execute their business strategies and objectives.
- Advising on licensing and conduct regulations in various jurisdictions.
- Lead and engage in projects of a regulatory nature.
- Working with stakeholders on dealings with regulators in the APAC region.
- Providing legal advice on compliance policies, advising and working with other compliance functions.
- Keeping all business units updated on legislative and regulatory developments in the law applicable to the Group's businesses.
Part C: Qualifications & Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Etc)
- Completed a Bachelor of Law (LLB) undergraduate degreeor an equivalent degree.
- Preference for candidates with experience in tobacco or pharmaceutical industries.
- Adaptable, versatile and commercial, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- PQE more than 8 years
- Applicants from law firms who have performed regulatory work before will be considered.
Part D: Specific Requirements (Mandatory forthe role) (not the same withPart C)
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and regulatory compliance.
Experience in handing legal and regulatory issues facing the tobacco or pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiar working in a highly regulated industry, such as tobacco or pharmaceutical and able to manage an internal compliance framework.
- High degreeof professional ethicsand integrity withan analytical mind
- Possess logical reasoning and critical thinking

- Working Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
- 5 working days week
- Remuneration commensurate with relevant workingexperience and tradeknowledge
- Requires occasional traveling
