About Our Client
Our client is a powerhouse logistics company seeking a hands-on finance head to oversee end-to-end finance and control in Indonesia. This role suits someone who is strong in accounting fundamentals, meticulous with reporting, and confident in partnering with regional and local stakeholders.
Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end finance function, including financial reporting, control, budgeting, forecasting, tax, and compliance.
- Oversee working capital management, including accounts receivable, debtor management, and unbilled revenue monitoring.
- Partner with operations and commercial teams to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Drive cost control, operational efficiency, and financial performance improvement across the organization.
- Manage relationships with auditors and tax
- Reports to regional CFO and Country Head
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent is a plus
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance controller leadership role, ideally with logistics or FMCG background
- Strong understanding of consolidation, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Fluent in English Language, spoken and written
