As a Legal Team, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance by developing policies and SOPs, overseeing internal compliance implementation and investigations, and coordinating with relevant business units to maintain proper governance and documentation.
What will you do
- Provide day-to-day legal support to the manufacturing and operations team on legal matters related to manufacturing and operations activities, including but not limited to drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and monitoring relevant regulatory developments affecting manufacturing operations.
- Handle and coordinate dispute resolution matters arising from or related to manufacturing operations, by: liaising with relevant parties and providing relevant and requested documents.
- Support the management of relationships with stakeholders surrounding manufacturing facilities, including with local authorities, communities, and relevant government agencies.
What are we looking for
- Law degree from an accredited reputable school.
- At least two years of relevant legal experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial companies, or in reputable law firms.
- Experience in areas such as business and operational licensing, commercial contracts with vendors, land and property matters, and dispute resolutions.
- Good understanding of regulations related to manufacturing operations, including business licensing, environmental compliance, and industrial regulations.
- Having knowledge in the FMCG industry will be an advantage.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to reallocate to our manufacturing site in Cikande, Banten.
- Proficient in the Indonesian language and English, both in speaking and writing.
