Learning & Development Manager to lead talent development initiatives, uphold Sofitel brand standards, and cultivate a strong learning culture across the resort.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy aligned with Sofitel standards and business objectives.
- Lead training needs analysis and deliver programs that enhance guest service, luxury standards, and compliance.
- Facilitate key training programs including Heartist culture, Sofitel Service Excellence, Luxury Mindset, and brand immersion.
- Manage and optimize the Accor Academy Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective delivery and record-keeping.
- Partner with department heads to build team capabilities, succession pipelines, and leadership development programs.
- Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in employee engagement, guest satisfaction, and service quality.
- Represent the resort as a brand culture ambassador, ensuring every learning initiative reflects Sofitel values.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 23 years in a managerial role in luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Sofitel or other international luxury hotel brand standards.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Hands-on leader who inspires, engages, and develops multicultural teams.
- Experience with LMS platforms (Accor Academy and INES preferred) and digital learning solutions.
