Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Learning Designer (Program Manager) only for YOGYAKARTA/SEMARANG RESIDENCE. The Learning Designer will be responsible for creating and managing instructional content, developing digital learning materials, and overseeing the curriculum development process. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing training programs, managing learning management systems, and ensuring the effectiveness of educational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Training & Development, Instructional Design, and Learning Management skills
• Experience in Digital Learning and Curriculum Development
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• English is required
• Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
