Act as Learning & Development (L&D) main point of contact for all learning enquiries and learning updates for their respective directorates.
Manage learning budget bank-wide, update and maintain accurate records of training activities and budget utilization.
Support in the full cycle of Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and training content customization for divisions-specific training
Keep track of any learning-related issues or pain points, while providing relevant recommendations and coordinating the end-to-end implementation of the proposed programs/trainings/e-learnings
Work together with the team to design and develop programs that fulfil the needs of their respective departments
Liaise with third-party or subject matter experts to provide support in learning design and facilitate delivery and evaluation of training
Conduct research, data analysis and/or prepare reports (e.g. training effectiveness, impact)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a related field.
Required Skills
At least 5 years experience as Learning & Development Specialist
Prior experience in banking or financial services, preferred.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to the changing needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google environment.
