Develop and implement effective learning strategies tailored to meet the business needs.
Deliver engaging learning sessions to store teams. Utilize a blend of training methods, including face-to-face, online modules, and workshops.
Work closely with department heads and store management teams to conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps. Design customized learning plans to address these gaps.
Create, update, and curate training materials, ensuring that they reflect current trends in fashion, footwear, and customer service excellence.
Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs. Use feedback and data to make continuous improvements to the learning offerings.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to managers and team members to ensure learning retention and on-the-job application of skills.
Maintain records of all learning activities, track progress, and generate reports on learning outcomes and development milestones.
Requirements
:Bachelor's degree in any major with minimum GPA 3.0
0At least 2 year of experience in learning and development, with a focus on Fashion Retail or Gadget Retail industry
.Previous experience in a supervisory role or managing a team is highly preferred
.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus
.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
.Ability to design and deliver training programs that align with business needs and organizational goals
.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) is required
