Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years&apos work experience Front Office Supervisor/ Duty Manager/ Assistant Front Office Manager. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
