Conduct root cause analysis on reliability and performance metrics to identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions.
Lead product and process improvement initiatives, including gathering insights and requirements directly from riders and translating them into actionable improvements.
Develop and implement cost-saving strategies while ensuring service quality and reliability remains excellent.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, operations, and data analytics to drive operational excellence.
Monitor and report on KPIs for last-mile performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements :
3+ years of experience in last-mile operations, logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
Previous working experience in ride-hailing or logistics industry is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis, process optimization, and cost management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
