Responsibilities
Senior Sales & Operation Partnership is crucial role to driving revenue growth and establishing key partnerships. In the first six months, this role will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, identifying potential partners, and closing deals that contribute to the company's expansion. A major challenge will be introducing the brand to the market and securing trust from new clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Parentstory.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, clients, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of deals.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, brands, and vendors.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in B2B or partnership sales, ideally in events, media, or brand collaborations
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Economics, Management, Marketing, or Communication.
- Experience in building and managing a sales pipeline, from prospecting to negotiation.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
- Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Resilient and adaptable in handling challenges and rejections.
- Ability to manage multiple deals, clients, and priorities efficiently.
- Structured approach to follow-ups, reporting, and pipeline management.
