Job Description:
- Directly engage with clients together with Account/Planner teams; participating in client briefings, strategic discussions, and campaign presentations.
- Developing and optimizing KOL strategies to align with brand objectives, audience culture, and market trends
- Present KOL strategies and campaign recommendations to internal teams and clients with data-driven reasoning, cultural relevance, strategic reasoning, and data-backed insights.
- Conduct resourceful and relevant research on audience insights, market trends, and competitor strategies for KOL marketing
- Build strategic frameworks for KOL campaign - from insight, tiering, selection, to performance analysis - ensuring creative and business impact.
- Create holistic concept for campaign proposal (both KOL part & creative thinking)
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Media Planner, Strategic Team, Creative, Finance, etc) to co-create and ensure seamless strategy execution and smooth operations
- Lead influencer mapping, benchmarking, and content ideation with internal KOL specialists to ensure execution aligns with the overall campaign strategy.
- Continuously monitor digital, social, and cultural trends to inspire fresh campaign angles and KOL storytelling directions.
- Work closely with other division, mainly Creative Team & Media Planner
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in strategic planning or related roles, such as KOL/Influencer Strategy, Digital Marketing Strategy, Media Planning, Social Media Strategy, or Account within digital or KOL/influencer marketing field.
- Bachelor's degree in related major
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage directly with external.
- Skilled in PowerPoint/Google Slides and presentation design; confident in pitching ideas and developing brand-led concepts.
- Excellent strategic thinking combined with storytelling sense; able to translate insights into impactful KOL ideas.
- Strong understanding of the influencer landscape across social media platforms, data metrics (ER, CPV, SOV, etc), and performance measurement tools.
- Strong organizational and able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Good creative sense and deep knowledge of KOL and digital marketing.
- Growth minded: adaptive, curious, and collaborative in a fast paced environment.
- Understanding of social commerce environment (TikTok Shop, affiliate ecosystem, creator marketplace) is a plus.
