What You'll Do:

1. Discover and evaluate potential creators that align with our brand direction and target audience

2. Initiate and nurture long-term collaborations with influencers and content creators

3. Lead end-to-end campaign coordination, from briefing to execution

4. Work closely with KOLs to produce authentic, high-performing content

5. Analyze campaign insights and continuously refine approaches to maximize impact

What We're Looking For:

1. Background in marketing, influencer/KOL management, or similar roles with at least 1 year of experience

2. Up-to-date with social media trends, especially Tiktok and Instagram, including affiliate ecosystems.

3. Well connected with a strong network of creators is highly advantageous

4. Genuine interest in beauty and skincare industry

5. Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)

6. Willing to work Mon - Fri at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta
