As A KOL Lead, You Will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategies to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Identify, recruit, and establish long-term partnerships with KOLs and influencers aligned with the brand's image and objectives.
- Manage end-to-end KOL campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of influencer collaborations, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
- Oversee KOL contracts, negotiations, deliverables, and payment processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align KOL initiatives with overall brand strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead and mentor the KOL team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience managing KOL or influencer marketing campaigns, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong network and relationships within the KOL and influencer industry, particularly in beauty or lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer management tools.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to dynamic trends.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
