KOL Lead
The KOL Lead is responsible for leading and scaling the brand's Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy to drive brand desirability, credibility, and sustained awareness. This role oversees end-to-end influencer initiatives, manages the KOL team (if any), and ensures campaign performance aligns with brand, business, and commercial objectives, including SOV and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute overall KOL & influencer strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns from ideation, execution, until post-campaign evaluation.
- Manage, guide, and supervise KOL Specialist(s) to ensure effective execution and performance.
- Select, manage, and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs, influencers, and agencies.
- Lead negotiations and secure value-driven partnerships with influencers and celebrities.
- Monitor and analyze KOL performance to optimize engagement, reach, SOV, and ROI.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage KOL budget and P&L to ensure cost efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields from a reputable university.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in influencer marketing or KOL management, with 12 years in a leadership role.
- Strong and proven network with influencers across Nano, Micro, Macro, and Mega levels.
- Proven experience managing large-scale influencer campaigns and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Willing to work under WFO policy.
