We are looking for a KOL Specialist to develop, manage, and execute influencer marketing initiatives that align with our brand goals. This role involves identifying and engaging the right Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), building strong relationships, and ensuring effective campaign execution to drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth.
Responsibility:
- Assist in identifying, researching, and shortlisting relevant KOLs, influencers, and micro-influencers that align with the brands values and target audience.
- Support outreach and initial communication with KOLs for campaigns, partnerships, and product seeding initiatives.
- Help coordinate KOL collaboration processes, including agreements, product shipments, and content posting schedules.
- Monitor KOL deliverables (timeliness, correct tagging/mentions, and message alignment with brand guidelines).
- Support in managing and growing online brand communities across WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Groups, and other relevant platforms.
- Engage with community members by answering inquiries, sharing updates, initiating discussions, and fostering positive interactions.
- Assist in planning and executing small-scale community events or activations to enhance engagement and brand loyalty.
- Collect and organize campaign results (reach, engagement, conversions) and maintain updated databases of KOLs, influencers, and community contacts for reporting and analysis.
Qualification:
- Min. Bachelor&aposs degree in any field, preferably in Marketing or Business.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL management within the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Passionate about influencer marketing, digital trends, and community engagement
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Thread)
- Creative mindset with strong sensitivity to customer needs and preferences.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Excellent communication, public speaking, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willing to WFO in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
