The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales or Account Management within the IT industry (Software, SaaS, or Cloud).
  • Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud platforms, with familiarity in commercial aspects (especially consumption-based business models) and managed services.
  • Communication Skills: Strong negotiation skills and fluency in English (both written and spoken) to support coordination with regional teams and principals.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client usage data to provide cost optimization recommendations and propose suitable solutions.
